JERMAINE JACKSON - JACKSON BROTHERS RIFT APPARENT AT PHOTOSHOOT

JERMAINE JACKSON has fuelled speculation he has fallen out with his brothers by refusing to show up for a scheduled photoshoot in New York.
The singer was due to join siblings Tito, Marlon and Jackie for a promotional session to launch an upcoming reality TV show - but he cancelled at the last minute, due to an eye infection.
And Marlon has revealed to U.S. news show Entertainment Tonight he was more than a little frustrated: "He's got pink eye, and I told him that when I see him, he's gonna have a purple eye."
Jermaine will be photoshopped into the promotional picture.
Rumours of a family rift started last month (Aug09) as Jermaine tried to finalise a tribute to his late brother Michael in Austria. Reports suggested the family hated the idea and refused to be a part of the Vienna show.
And Tito has confirmed there were issues, stating, "We're still mourning. Some time maybe in a year, a year and a half from now, it makes a little more sense for us to do something as a unit."
The concert has since been postponed due to a lack of big names.

Violence Erupts at Akon Concert, 18 People Injured

Eighteen people were injured at an Akon concert in Melbourne, Australia last night (October 26) after more than 50 people rushed security guards to gain access to the concert venue. According to ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) News, eight of the 18 people injured in the incidents that occurred both inside and outside Melbourne Park had to be rushed to the hospital. Lil Boosie Violates Probation, Judge Doubles Jail Time

Lil Boosie is behind jail sooner than expected after failing to follow a judge’s instructions. According to Louisiana news network, WAFB, the Baton Rouge rapper showed up in court on Monday (November 9) for violating the terms of his probation, and a judge sent him directly to jail when his electronic ankle monitor revealed numerous infractions. As previously reported, Boosie copped a plea deal back in September for a drugs and weapons charge in 2008. In order to avoid trial in the case, he pled guilty and the judge agreed to only sentence him to two years, with him probably only having to serve one year on good behavior.
