Lil Wayne’s “Carter 4″ Goes Straight ToNumber 1 – Sells Just Under 1 MillionFirst Week!

Well, well, well. Weezy did it again. CarterIV goes straight to number 1 on the album charts. According to Hits Daily Double it also sold 1 million copies in the first week. Official numbers are in tomorrow.
Update: According to Billboard, Nielsen Soundscan reports that it sold 964,000
first week. Still a great acheivement for
Lil Wayne.
So does Weezy officially hold the Hip Hop
throne?

More footage of Rihanna's revealing televised interview with reporter Diane Sawyer has landed online and shows the singer discussing her publicized domestic dispute with Chris Brown last February. Rihanna claimed their argument began from a text message on Brown's phone. According to Rihanna, the fight started as they were driving away from a pre-Grammy Awards party and Brown received a text message from another woman. "I caught him in a lie, and he wouldn't tell the truth. And I wouldn't drop it," the singer told Diane Sawyer. "I couldn't take that he kept lying to me, and he couldn't take that I wouldn't drop it.
